Welcome to Mangwalo Na. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order through the Mangwalo Na mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Mangwalo Na

Mangwalo Na is an online platform that connects customers with restaurants and delivery riders in Khurrianwala, Pakistan. Mangwalo Na facilitates ordering and delivery services but does not prepare food itself.

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. Orders

  • Orders placed through the platform are considered requests to purchase food from participating restaurants.
  • Restaurants may accept or reject orders based on availability.
  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not always be possible.

4. Pricing

  • Prices displayed in the app may include:
    • Food charges
    • Delivery fees
    • Service fees
    • Applicable taxes
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Payments

Users may pay through:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Digital Wallets
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Other approved payment methods

Mangwalo Na reserves the right to suspend payment methods when necessary.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Traffic
    • Weather
    • Restaurant preparation times
    • Rider availability

Mangwalo Na does not guarantee exact delivery times.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide accurate delivery addresses.
  • Be available to receive orders.
  • Treat riders and support staff respectfully.

8. Refunds

Refunds may be granted for:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect orders
  • Undelivered orders
  • Significant quality issues

Refund decisions are made solely by Mangwalo Na after investigation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Submit false orders.
  • Abuse riders or restaurant staff.
  • Use fraudulent payment methods.
  • Attempt to disrupt the platform.

Violations may result in account suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mangwalo Na acts as a technology platform connecting users, restaurants, and riders.

Mangwalo Na shall not be liable for:

  • Food quality issues originating from restaurants.
  • Allergic reactions.
  • Delays beyond reasonable control.
  • Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by users.

11. Account Suspension

Mangwalo Na may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated cancellations
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms

12. Privacy

User information is handled according to Mangwalo Na's Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Mangwalo Na may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Pharmacy & Medical Disclaimer

  • Pharmacy services are provided by licensed third-party pharmacies.
  • Users are responsible for providing valid prescriptions when required.
  • Mangwalo Na does not provide medical advice.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional when needed.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.


TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RIDERS / DELIVERY PARTNERS

These Terms govern the relationship between Mangwalo Na and independent delivery riders.

1. Independent Contractor Status

Riders are independent contractors and are not employees of Mangwalo Na.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship.

2. Eligibility

Riders must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid CNIC.
  • Have a valid driving license (if required).
  • Own or legally operate a delivery vehicle.
  • Maintain all legally required documents.

3. Account Registration

Riders must provide accurate information and update any changes promptly.

Providing false information may result in immediate termination.

4. Delivery Responsibilities

Riders agree to:

  • Pick up orders promptly.
  • Deliver orders safely.
  • Follow traffic laws.
  • Maintain professional behavior.

5. Earnings

Riders will receive payments based on:

  • Completed deliveries
  • Distance traveled
  • Promotional incentives (if applicable)

Mangwalo Na reserves the right to modify earning structures.

6. Payment Schedule

Payments will be processed according to the payment schedule communicated by Mangwalo Na.

7. Rider Equipment

Riders are responsible for:

  • Vehicles
  • Fuel
  • Mobile devices
  • Internet access
  • Vehicle maintenance

8. Conduct Standards

Riders must not:

  • Consume customer food.
  • Tamper with orders.
  • Harass customers.
  • Engage in illegal activities.
  • Misrepresent Mangwalo Na.

9. Safety

Riders must:

  • Wear appropriate safety gear.
  • Follow all traffic regulations.
  • Operate vehicles responsibly.

Mangwalo Na is not responsible for accidents caused by rider negligence.

10. Order Acceptance

Riders may accept or reject delivery requests; however, excessive rejection rates may affect account status.

11. Suspension and Termination

Mangwalo Na may suspend or terminate rider accounts for:

  • Fraud
  • Theft
  • Customer complaints
  • Unsafe driving
  • Violation of these Terms

12. Liability

Riders are responsible for:

  • Traffic violations
  • Vehicle maintenance
  • Personal insurance (where applicable)
  • Damage caused through negligence

13. Confidentiality

Riders must keep customer information confidential and may not misuse personal data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.


TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RESTAURANT PARTNERS

These Terms govern restaurant participation on the Mangwalo Na platform.

1. Partnership

Mangwalo Na provides an online marketplace that enables restaurants to receive orders from customers.

2. Eligibility

Restaurants must:

  • Hold valid business licenses where required.
  • Comply with food safety regulations.
  • Provide accurate business information.

3. Restaurant Obligations

Restaurants agree to:

  • Prepare food according to customer orders.
  • Maintain food quality standards.
  • Package orders securely.
  • Update menus accurately.

4. Menu Accuracy

Restaurants are solely responsible for:

  • Prices
  • Ingredients
  • Product descriptions
  • Availability

5. Order Acceptance

Restaurants should accept or reject orders promptly.

Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or suspension.

6. Food Quality

Restaurants remain fully responsible for:

  • Food preparation
  • Hygiene
  • Food safety
  • Ingredient quality

7. Commission and Fees

Restaurants agree to pay commissions and service fees as separately agreed with Mangwalo Na.

Mangwalo Na reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.

8. Payments

Mangwalo Na will remit payments according to the agreed settlement schedule after deducting applicable commissions and fees.

9. Customer Complaints

Restaurants shall cooperate in resolving customer complaints and refund investigations.

10. Intellectual Property

Restaurants grant Mangwalo Na permission to display:

  • Restaurant names
  • Logos
  • Menu items
  • Promotional materials

for platform marketing purposes.

11. Compliance

Restaurants must comply with:

  • Pakistani food laws
  • Health regulations
  • Tax requirements
  • Consumer protection laws

12. Suspension

Mangwalo Na may suspend restaurant accounts for:

  • Poor food quality
  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Health or safety violations

13. Limitation of Liability

Mangwalo Na shall not be liable for losses arising from:

  • Restaurant operations
  • Food preparation
  • Regulatory violations by restaurants

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership by providing written notice, subject to outstanding obligations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
